Application
The first step in our process involves contacting one of our recruiters to discuss your abilities, experience and career targets. Have your updated resume available; our recruiters will request that information to include in your consultant profile.

Screening
If it looks like you have the right skill set for the types of customers we support, the next step will be more in-depth screening to confirm your capability level and overall competencies. Our screening process is called PSI StarTechTM and is an important step as it assures our customers that the candidates we provide truly possess the type and level of skills and experience we promised. PSI StarTechTM screening tools include:

  • Customized, Comprehensive Technical Testing
  • In-Person Interviews
  • Skills Testing
  • Reference Checks
  • Behavioral Interviews

Placement
If we think there is a good match between your abilities, career goals and the opportunities that is available, you will be assigned to a PSI recruiter. Our recruiters are here to work as your agent, helping you determine the next step in your career and finding the key positions that will get you there.

When our recruiter locates the opportunity suited for you, a contact is made and we will begin to assist you through the interview process. We will provide you with pertinent details about the customer and project, as well as facilitate customer interviews to ensure a successful placement. Once you are working on assignment, we will check in with you on a regular basis to ensure the opportunity is meeting your needs and answer any employment-related questions you might have.
